HANZAB notes that male Pelicans are bigger than females and with a longer bill. Even so, the difference in size between these two on this photo is greater than I think I have noted.

Quite a few Pelicans there today, this one looks like it is either going into or coming out of breeding plumage.

 

Also a White-winged Triller on nest.
