From the photo, I’d say it is a BG. Apart from that behaviour, the rather big beak (although the beak is open which makes it a bit hard to tell), but mainly
that the middle toe is not overly long, compared to the other toes. I don’t understand the frame. Were you filming through a window?

When the hunter (photographer) becomes the hunted. Followed a call near the northern boundary of the Botanic Gardens. Spotted what I, and another person nearby later, thought was a Collared Sparrowhawk. As I walked further it swooped me
twice before retreating to a high branch above the boundary fence. That sort of behaviour makes me think Brown Goshawk nesting instead.
