Attached is a photo of a juvenile Chestnut-rumped Heathwren still being fed by its parents at Bluetts on 30 Oct 2017. Shorty’s reports of them carrying food indicated that they do breed in the ACT and this photo confirms it. Note the short tail.  I observed it being fed even though I did not capture that (well I did but it was one of those times where the camera decided that focusing was something to be done in its own good time so it is completely out of focus!)
