Notice is hereby given to members that the Annual General Meeting of the Canberra Ornithologists Group Inc will be held on Wednesday 8 November in the auditorium of the Canberra Girls Grammar School, off Gawler Cres in Deakin, commencing
at 7:30 pm.
Agenda:
- minutes of the last annual general meeting
- committee reports on the activities of the association during the last financial year;
- election of members of the committee, including office-bearers;
- presentation of the statement of accounts
