I’ve seen large numbers of ravens mobbing and shrieking at something in the casuarinas on the little peninsula at the northern end of the beach at Tuggeranong Town Park for a few weeks now. It seems the owl may not be bothered enough by the attention to move on.

Hi,
Noon time I was distracted by a mob of raven/currawong/miner at an exposed casuarina branch. It was a Barn Owl. I revisited an hour later it has moved to higher tree close to the road but was still harassed by a currawong. Poor Owl.
Location: Road side casuarina trees facing the narrow entry road into Lime Gym. Early noon it was found in another casuarina 10m further into the field.
Regards,
Tun Pin
