To whom it may concern,

I’m a Belgian academic specialised in environmental law. I’ll be working for the 2 coming months at the law faculty of the University of Canberra.

I’m a keen and experienced birdwatcher who has already been twice in Australia.

I arrived two nights ago from Brussels. I would like to take part in the field trip on Saturday to Mount Roger.

Given that I don’t have any car (I’m staying on the ANU campus at the ANU apartments) I would like to know whether someone could pick me up tomorrow morning or whether you could indicate me which public transportation to take to get there.

That would be very nice indeed.
