At Jerrabomberra Wetlands today the wind allowed this Swamp Harrier to briefly balance on the top of a Typha spike. Martins and swallows were roosting on the tar road, I presume to get warm. As far as I could see, they all managed to dodge the cars that drove through them while I was there.
