Good afternoon,

Outside our complex in Oxley this morning I found a big area of feathers from
an unidentified bird. There was no other body parts to be seen. Unfortunately
Oxley has a reputation for lots of stray cats. Over a year, we have trapped
over 35 cats and kittens around and in the complex and given them to the RSPCA.

any ID?

thanks

Anne
