PCS are offering to cover costs of registration for volunteers at this weekend's Bushfire Symposium hosted by the Conservation Council and NPA ACT.

Free Registration for Volunteers this Weekend

The Parks and Conservation Service Fire Management Unit and Community Programs team would like to acknowledge the importance of the community input to issues being discussed at the upcoming Bushfire Symposium hosted by the ACT Conservation Council and National Parks Association.

The cost of the symposium may have deterred some people from attending; so in the interest of enabling people to attend, Parks have offered to cover the $110 event fee for any environmental conservation volunteers (e.g. Parkcare, Landcare, FOG, COG, Waterwatch etc) that would like to attend.
