This morning I observed a pair of wedge tailed eagles swooping and soaring over
Percival Hill (near Crace) - a courtship dance perhaps as they were flying very
close and touching each other on occasion. I also saw what I thought to be
magpies harassing them but once I got my binoculars realised they were small
raptors. Three of them who were also on occasion fighting/swooping each other -
very adept flying manoeuvres. My binos were not strong enough to get a clear
view of markings but they were greyish, magpie sized with sharp pointed wing
tips and squared off tails - assume Hobby or Kestrel?
