Now that is a bird photo. No need to stretch the eyes to agree to that to make an id. Sorry Denise a bit cruel to compare but still a good find. Even yours was better than what I could have done.....Those inner wing lining feathers (forming a green triangle) are quite strange........ Dare I say the habitat context was nicer in Denise’s photo.......

The Glossy Ibis at Giralang Pond spent an hour or more in the concrete drain on the east side of the pond grooming itself. It was quite approachable.
