Snipe surveys

Afternoon all,

 

I surveyed the two McKellar ponds this morning. Both were very quiet and NO snipe. The water levels in both were at the maximum  so not much loafing places for the snipe. There were no real highlights at either pond except for Dusky Moorhens with 1 DY on the small pond and 2 larger DY on the big pond and the grand total of 1 Eurasian Coot on the larger pond.

 

I have just joined eBird so will try and get both lists into that system.
