Subject: [canberrabirds] ID - White winged Triller??

While walking along Ginninderra Creek in Macgregor, I heard a bird calling that I didn't recognise.  Unfortunately, as I was walking the dog, I only had my phone with me, and the bird was determined to stay in the tops of the trees, so the photo I do have is very poor quality.

A mostly black and white bird, possibly with a buff colour around the throat, though I'm not certain of that.  I did manage to get some of it's song on video, though you can't see the bird in it.

The best ID I have been able to come up with is a White Winged Triller.  Any other ideas?
