This currawong has avian pox.  If it is on its legs or feet it is self-limiting and falls off after about 6 weeks.  Unfortunately on the face it is slightly different and could possibly be through the whole alimentary canal.  

This bird should be caught and euthanased.

Avian Pox is spread by mosquitos and we only see it in wet years.
