Early morning before rain, lots of birds calling. The most surprising were:

White-winged Trillers,  Rufous Songlark, Dollarbird heard in 2 separate areas, Southern Whiteface,  Double-barred Finch (heard), Western Gerygone (heard), 2 Horsfields Bronze Cuckoo pursuing, Rufous Whistler calling, Dusky Woodswallow very active and noisy, and 1 immature Scarlet Robin (not calling).  All of these birds except the Dollarbirds were within the same area within 250 metres of each other.
