Look very much like Silver Gulls to me. Doesn’t look like anything else. Not that odd for large congregations of Silver Gulls to move around like that. A few years ago there were that many on Lake Tuggeranong but usually isn’t. So they travel around.

A mystery flock of several hundred birds at 5:30pm.

Would appreciate speculations/opinions/confirmations/pointing out the obvious.
