Last year in July and August there were between 2 and 5 swans on West Basin with 3 cygnets.  This year there are no cygnets yet.  There have been, however between 5 and 7 adults swans regularly seen.  One pair has necks bare of feathers.   Is that from aggressive courting behaviour?  Does anyone else have information about swans this season?
