Hi Everyone,
Len and I are heading to Qld soon and I'm hoping to have a couple of stops in
NSW ... probably around Newcastle/central coast and again near
Ballina on the way there.
I'd really appreciate it if anyone could suggest some good bird sites in either area (can be flexible as the stop will be determined by bird sites). I probably won't have a huge amount of time, so a 2-3 hour walk would be the limit.
I've checked out Ebird and will come up with something if I don't get any suggestions, but it's always better to hear about places first hand.
New birds or birds not common to our area would be an added bonus!
Many thanks in advance ...
Cheers
Julie
