This is a comment, not a diagnosis. Well that depends a bit of the speed of the photo. The most likely is it is caught blinking, i.e. moving the nictitating
membrane over the eye. That is usually fairly quick but a camera could easily catch that. If that is what it is and looks like to me then it is nothing odd.
