Large group of Pink-eared Ducks vortexing

Yesterday at Jerrabomberra Wetlands, about 50 Pink-eared Duck were feeding as a single vortexing group. This may have started before I arrived but it continued for an hour. I have not seen such a large group doing this. The video linked below shows the whole group at the top of the screen and at the bottom an enlarged and slowed view to allow individual birds to be followed more easily.
