No luck finding the Azure Kingfisher this morning despite a careful search of the shoreline from where Duncan first reported the bird to the beach and peninsula where others later saw it. Has anyone seen it since last reported on 23 May?

Most of the other reported birds were still around including a pair of Scarlet Robins, two Dusky Woodswallows, a Grey Shrike-thrush and 20+ Red-browed Finches.

Cheers

Hi Everyone,

Thanks to Duncan (and other) for the posts regarding the Azure Kingfisher at Lake Ginninderra.

The bird was still there today and Jill and I had the pleasure of watching it. .. the first time we'd seen one in Canberra.

Cheers
Julie
