A Restless Flycatcher seen on the western edge of the Tuggeranong Town Centre today at 12.40pm, perched on the fence of the tennis courts behind the Town Centre Sports Club.  Another one seen behind Caroline Chisholm Centre half an hour later.  Could possibly have been the same bird but more inclined to think they were two separate birds.  Distance between the two observations is 800 metres.  Both birds very vocal and hawking for insects from perch, hovering but didn't hear the scissor grinder call, only the other call which sort of sounds frog-like to me.
