I think a slight excess of
White-naped Honeyeaters over Yellow-faced Honeyeaters at my home today. Plus flocks of Red Wattlebirds & some Noisy Friarbirds plus flocks of Silvereyes and one returning
Satin Bowerbird.

Also still moving over my GBS in Duffy – mostly stragglers but irritatingly noisy when trying to work in the garden and having to look up frequently. Quite
a few White-naped Honeyeaters as well as Yellow-faced. Other small birds are appearing with these flocks, but haven’t seen any Noisy Friarbirds.

I still had a few fairly large mixed flocks of WNHE and YFHE over Wanniassa Hills this morning.
Wattlebird movement was still quite noticeable with flocks of up to 15 moving through.
I noted 3 Noisy Friarbirds among the wattlebirds in one of these flocks and (further?) individuals were heard on numerous occasions throughout the morning.
