I go out there a lot, have filmed many good birds all on my videosite (below) My record for Brolgas at Leeton is a flock of 38.
Could add Turquoise Parrot, Major Mitchell, Blue Bonnet, Mulga parrot, Little Friarbird, Ground Cuckoo shrike, Black-eared Cuckoo, white backed swallow, variegated fairy wren to that list ..........
Best done on an at least an overnight - motel or camping. Once landed up at a Elvis impersonation night at the Leeton Soldiers club- so bad it was good.
