On the 9th of April I stopped near the entrance to Tidbinbilla wondering why others had done so, then saw this eagle feeding on a dead sheep. Another photographer had climbed the bard wire fence and crawled close to the bird. I wish I had done this on the one hand, but on the other I was trying to respect private property and avoid the risk of getting caught on the wire. Was the other photographer a COG member? I'd love to see the photos taken from much closer.
