Hi Kym,

 

If it is the one perched on the horizontal branch, it is an adult (I suspect male) Brown Goshawk. Very good photos (again) – has a clearly rounded tail - that is enough in this case to decide but also, the brow ridge (though not really obvious in this bird) and the toes are fairly sturdy and the middle toe is not overly longer than the others.
