Same story in Tuggeranong, with flocks of 5-10 moving through over an hour in the woodland between the town centre and the Murrumbidgee River.  Counted roughly 50 birds.

I have surveyed this area on an almost weekly basis for five years now.  All observations in the COG database.  I would also suggest that you have your say on the consultation page.  I am organising a community campaign and will provide more details shortly.

Today in Aranda around the middle of the day, 4 groups each of 10-20 Y-f Honeyeaters were moving west-east. Mid-March is fairly consistently the time of year  we see the start of their autumn movement.
