This morning on Brindabella Road near its intersection with East West Road (ie about 2kms up the hill from Uriarra Homestead)

Interestingly this spot is very close to an area in Uriarra pine forest along Bullock Paddock Rd where I have seen a few Hooded Robins over many years and it would appear to be an area that they are attracted to.

Also on this morning’s ride a (young?) Wedgie in a tree near the Cotter Pumping station, a Brown Falcon being mobbed by a flock of Galahs not far from the Hooded Robin, lots of White Eared H/e’s calling higher up on Brindabella Road
