Was out at Square Rock today in Namadgi and spotted three birds at the Orroral Valley Lookout;

 

I thought some sort of swallow or woodswallow with glossy blue on top and rufous on the chest ... though I didn't get a great look at them.

 

Very distinctive tail wagging.

 

I would recognise the call if I heard it again ... in some ways similar to the Welcome Swallow but much more organised; three sets of three notes ... and then a sort of rising trill which I can't mimic:
