Alistair has kindly provided more detailed information in relation to the
Common Starling counts at JWNR.

'Observed last Sunday morning (7/2) just after dawn, over about 15 minutes,
from the blocked Dairy Road to the north of Kellys, apparently flying out of
Kellys: several flocks for a total of 3125 birds.

The week before (31/1) our (Milburn and my) estimate was 2550.'
