I know Moorhens are very common here in Canberra wetlands but if you don’t have a good photo of one nesting there is a good closeup at the moment in Crace Pond. Walk down the central path. In the middle at the stone seats. Look west towards the hills and there is a nest about 4 metres in front of you in clear view.
