Whilst sheltering from a nasty hailstorm in one of the hides at Jerrabomberra Wetlands last night, I realised that I was sharing accommodation with a camera monopod. Am happy to reunite this with its owner if they get in touch and are
able to provide appropriate details identifying this particular piece of equipment as theirs.
Interesting, by the way, that the birdlife seemed quite untroubled by the lightning, thunder and rain, and only appeared to take shelter during the worst of the hail.
