Trillers feeding young, high up, just over horse gate and sitellas, also
feeding young and high up, just before the horse gate. I picked up and brought
home the weebill's nest. It had been on the ground, before the rain, still
undamaged. I wonder whether any chicks fledged
Dusky wood swallows have been occupying the same nest for weeks. At least 2
chicks have fledged. The bird seems to then start all over again. Has anyone
else observed this behaviour? It is an easy nest to see, not far from the
owlet nightjar hole. That bird is only visible very occasionally
