That is a hard one. Are they really at all likely to be two different birds, let alone both species? I am not even sure of which one you label as the “definitely” photo. Not being there makes it harder and there really isn’t much of what is diagnostic showing. But I would go for both Brown Goshawk.

These are two photos from the same day, one is definitely a Brown goshawk but the other is a bit harder. Is it a Sparrow hawk or the male Brown goshawk ??
