I am intrigued by the phrase "avitour companies and IBA stakeholders". This implies that the authors do not see avitourism
companies as stakeholders in the IBAs.
Surely these companies are extremely important stakeholders in those areas, or are stakes in IBAs only able to be held by
Serious Scientists and their acolytes?
