The dumped material has been cleaned up – still not clear at this stage how it got there as the material was only a fraction of what was in the hopper before collection. At least it has been cleaned up and not at tax payer’s expense.

I know who generated the waste – the company has fully admitted it is theirs but can’t understand how it got to the wetlands as it is was from their hopper. I am now dealing with the hopper company. An exact date would help. Thanks.
