Powl is an arboreal feeder and is somewhat lighter in weight than Mr Bell. If he tried to climb the tree to return the glider, COG’s and CNBC’s membership would drop by one.

Wouldn't it be nice to put it back for the Powl?  I am sure he would retrieve it the next night.

Powl caught a sugar glider last night, bit off its head and dropped it. The remains were recovered by our birding bowler from among Powl’s pellets and other droppings. It now resides in his freezer. If anyone has a recipe for sugar glider, please contact Terry Bell directly.
