Well yes it is a
Horsfield's Bronze-Cuckoo
but from that, it looks like an adult to me. As for
being fed (I think) by a yellow-faced honeyeater well that is not in the photos so up to you and what you
saw but surely it is very early in the year for that.

Jill and I had visited Tharwa Sandwash this morning and were entertained by about 6 rainbow bee-eaters for a considerable period of time. They were also pretty co-operative, so I
managed some nice photos (I'm sure Jill will have brilliant ones!!)
Also, I believe we saw perhaps a young Horsfield's Bronze-Cuckoo (a new bird for me) being fed (I think) by a yellow-faced honeyeater. Confirmation or otherwise would be appreciated.
