Hi All,
My first stroll along the
Forde Creek for some time during the middle of the day was interesting.
Highlights were a spotless
crake, a spotted
crake (and heard others), numerous black-fronted
dotterel and European goldfinch, many reed-warblers, some golden-headed
cisticolas, fairy martins nesting, and pipits.
It will be fascinating to see if last summer's breeding frenzy is repeated this year.
Cheers
Julie
