Hi All,
I too saw the Latham's Snipe at Jerrabomberra Wetlands today from the new hide.
A word of warning to people visiting the area.... a brown snake was also visiting the hide!
He slithered up the internal wall, next to the left hand bench and then dropped to the ground and slithered out and around the brush fence. (see photos) He was probably 150-160cms long.
Time to don the gaiters again and start looking much more closely at my surroundings!
Cheers
Julie
