This afternoon at about 1.30pm I was at the traffic lights at the top of King's Avenue pointing at the American War Memorial when I observed a male Superb Parrot flying around in the trees to my left (in front of the Defence site).
Presumably a overwinterer rather than a spring arrival.-- John Leonard
