Subject: ID request
Have received a request from a non-birding friend in Bourke to identify the bird in this image taken today.
It doesn’t ring any bells for me as a native species (but that may just reflect my inexperience).
Browsing field guides hasn’t helped either.
Any suggestions appreciated.
