Curiously, I have a set of examples of lone honeyeaters staying localised for many weeks in winter time.

Hi everyone, for those interested, the Yellow-tufted Honeyeater was at the Red Hill Restaurant again today, 4 August 2015, and a few observations in late July, feeding contentedly with an Eastern Spinebill in the same cluster of grevilleas facing the Brindabellas. towards the bottom end of the car park. It will be interesting to see how long it sticks around for...
