Hoping there might be a COG member who likes a query about a very poorly photographed bird?

Location: Cape Kimberly Beach, edge of Daintree NP Qld

Seen in: upper leaves of palm

Size: finch like

Bill: heavy, finch like

Main characteristic observed: has red under tail feathers

Rapid movements, and only seen for a couple of seconds, and not clearly in the shadows.
