Subject: Request for image of Superb Parrot
Importance: High
Dear Canberra birds group
My name is Vanessa Duncan. I work at the Office of Environment and Heritage NSW.
We are producing a calendar titled ‘Saving our species’, featuring threatened species of NSW. I am looking for high quality images of the Superb Parrot and was wondering whether you have any available? We have a small amount of funding
available to pay for images. Full acknowledgment will be provided for contributing photographers. The calendar will be a saleable product with any returns channelled into recovery plans for the threatened species. The calendar will sell at national parks visitor
centres, the NSW government shop online portal and through the National Parks Foundation.
Please note, I do not work on Friday or Monday so if you have an image you would like to share, please email my colleague, Rosie Nicolai at
Best wishes
Vanessa
