Late morning today (Monday) whilst cycling through Eddison Park I saw 8 straw-necked ibis grazing on the grassy field  in Eddison Park in Woden, and over 30 little corellas roosting on the pergola frame on the island in the pond.  The resident pair of masked lapwings and sundry Aust wood ducks were basking on the banks of the pond; 6 red rumped parrots were bathing in the creek which runs along the edge of Eddison Park next to Yamba Drive. The park must be neutral territory as there were about 20 magpies spread out across the Park; I’ve counted 35 at different times.
