Jerrabomberra Wetlands Kites

Over recent weeks, the pair of Black-shouldered Kites have been easy to find at Jerrabomberra Wetlands, but not this weekend. Have I just been unlucky in the timing of my visits?
 
The only raptors I saw there today were Little Eagle (pale morph) and the male Nankeen Kestrel shown below.
