Wedge-tailed Eagle that appears to be moulting its tail, therefore no “wedge”.

Hi Folks

​​​​Saw this raptor at the Arboretum this afternoon after spotting two Wedgetails over Cottermouth. Not sure of the ID, I suppose somewhere is clearer on it than me.
