Certainly a Cockatiel but as for an escaper, well probably but bear in mind that not all odd colour forms are from captivity, as shown by the odd magpie......

Hi All,

 

I took these photos from the car window late this afternoon. It was feeding along the roadside with a flock of galahs.

 

Would this be an escapee Cockatiel?
