On 28th April at about 10.15 there was a Dusky Woodswallow hawking above the
Cafe lawns at Strathnairn Homestead Gallery west of Holt. At the time I didn't
think to check whether there were more birds in the same area.
On Saturday 2nd May there were at least 15 Duskies hawking above Strathnairn's
Dam paddock. (This paddock is north of the dam north of the Galleries'
carpark.) At one point there were about nine birds snuggled together in a
eucalypt quietly preening at 09.45.
On Friday 8th May about 5 Duskies hawked around the Strathnairn cafe lawns and
carpark area at about 09.30.
